Christopher Mustafa Kirwan
Christopher, Managing Director of Newwork International, is a multidisciplinary practitioner and academic with extensive experience in the fields of urban planning, architecture, marketing and with a special focus on Smart Cities. Based in the London office, Christopher has consulting on a number of large-scale real estate development projects in the US, UK, Asia and the Middle East providing services including site evaluation & planning, programmatic use, concept design, market positioning research and brand identity. In all projects Christopher employs an integrated process, combining design innovation, financial profitability, environmental sustainability and social wellbeing.
Christopher Belknap
Christopher, is an international design consultant who recently has joined forces with Newwork international, through his consulting company Design Earth Synergy-Sustainable Design & Development. Chris is known for taking a visionary and strategic urban planning, design and development approach to the design of Carbon Neutral Smart Cities Worldwide. He is currently based in the Los Angeles area, graduating from the University of Colorado in the mid 1970’s his career path proceed to Hawaii from 1980 to 1996 and Southern California 1996 -2021. Throughout his career Chris has had a wide range of design experience working in collaboration with leading Globally based Architecture and Master Planning design firms. Assignments have usually been in a Lead Design, or Senior Design position on a wide range of projects including numerous Internationally recognized Destination Resort Hotels, major new urban planned Cities from 1999 to the Present in Middle East - in Cairo, Dubai, KAEC, Qatar, Bahrain as well as China - and always with a concentrated focus on sustainable design seeking to improve the quality of life in urban environments.
Edward S. Grant
Ed, based in the Bangkok office, is responsible for business development, strategic planning and project management for diverse projects throughout Asia and the Middle East with a primary concentration in infrastructure, energy and green technology projects. Before moving back to Bangkok in 2011, Ed lived and worked in Beijing and the UAE since 2006 and Thailand for the previous 21 years, Ed has performed numerous assignments as a business consultant and project manager on numerous projects throughout the region. This has included the successful development of mixed-use real estate projects in Dubai, spa & hospitality projects in the Gulf Region and numerous residential and industrial projects within Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard Economic Zone.
Dr. Mark Macqueen
Mark, based in Vienna, Austria, has many years of international experience in senior executive positions and as a turn-around manager. He has in depth know-how in project management, process engineering and logistics. Due to his background in RTD, strategic consulting and innovation, he is one of the key advisers for NWI's mega projects. Mark holds a Ph.D of Process Engineering, a Master of Science in Mining Engineering, a MBA in International Management and a LL.M. in International Business Law.
